Good Location! In process of important upgrades.
Positive: The location was great! The motel is going thru some upgrades to all of its rooms.
Negative: The motel is still needing upgrades to mattresses which I think is very important.

Positive: Nice simple motel. Exactly what we needed near the Katahdin Woods. Automatic doors with key codes was very nice.

Adequate pleasant spot. Rooms need some updates for the price point.
Positive: Quiet, great location. Surprised to find full microwave and mini fridge. New shower head.
Negative: Very dated property. Uncomfortable mattress. Bedspreads need to be replaced. Price was very high for the quality.
